Well-regarded Spanish law firm is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join its Valencia office on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on civil and commercial litigation, handling court work and procedural strategy for a range of clients.

The successful candidate will work alongside a team of litigators on court filings, procedural motions, hearings and case management, contributing to case strategy and client communication. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to varied contentious matters and courtroom practice.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Spain.
Experience in civil/commercial litigation and court proceedings.
Strong legal drafting, procedural knowledge and advocacy skills.
Fluency in Spanish; English or other language skills advantageous.
Able to work in a hybrid office model in Valencia.
