Successful candidates will work on federal and state low-income housing tax credit matters, partnership and syndication structures, and related financings. The role offers exposure to complex, high-volume transactions in a collaborative team environment.
The position reports into the Washington tax team. The firm provides a competitive salary range and a standard benefits package; additional contingent compensation may be available depending on experience and performance.
- Juris Doctor and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience on low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) matters, syndications, partnership tax, or related tax credit transactions.
- Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication, and sound judgment.
- Self-starter able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced practice and collaborate with transactional teams.
