Mid- to senior-level associate role within a national investment management team focused on private funds. The team is hiring experienced associates to join offices in New York, Chicago or Washington, D.C.; hybrid working arrangements are available.

Ideal candidates will work on fund formation and private equity fund work, contribute to client engagements and participate in a structured mentor and professional development program. The role may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus and, for the New York office, the starting base salary is expected to be in the range disclosed to candidates.

The group supports significant pro bono opportunities and offers resources aimed at helping experienced lateral hires transition into the practice.

4–7 years of private equity or private funds experience (fund formation focus)
Strong academic record and solid law firm experience; relevant in‑house experience will also be considered
Demonstrated drafting and deal-execution skills on fund formation and related fund-level matters
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and manage client-facing responsibilities
