Join a global law firm’s Warsaw team focused on transactional securities work. The role is transaction‑facing, covering M&A and equity capital markets matters including structuring deals, drafting and negotiating documentation, conducting due diligence and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The team advises on public and private equity transactions, market listing and disclosure matters, and provides cross‑practice support on complex transactions. The position requires client contact, commercial judgment and keeping abreast of regulatory and market developments.

Master’s degree in Polish law and Polish bar admission (advocate or attorney‑at‑law).
Approximately 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in M&A and equity capital markets transactions, preferably gained at reputable law firms.
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills, due diligence experience and ability to manage deal processes.
Fluent legal English (spoken and written), strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and a client‑focused, proactive approach.
