Join a global, market-leading corporate M&A practice expanding its US presence. The team advises on complex cross-border and domestic transactions and works on a wide range of corporate matters including public and private M&A, joint ventures and strategic dispositions.

This role is for a mid-to-senior level associate who can run aspects of deals, lead document drafting and negotiation, manage due diligence and closing logistics, and be client facing when required. You will work on high‑stakes transactions alongside experienced deal teams in a collaborative environment.

Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent (LLM accepted)
Admission and good standing in New York, Texas, or California bar
Previous corporate M&A experience at a law firm or in‑house; demonstrable deal experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple matters and tight deadlines
Comfortable negotiating with opposing counsel and handling client‑facing responsibilities
Target JD years: 2017–2021
