Associate — M&A, Mexico City

Join a leading international law practice's Mexico City office as an M&A associate with responsibility for supporting and leading mid-to-large transactional matters. You will work across purchase, sale and merger transactions, advise on structuring and legal risk, negotiate transactional documentation and see matters through to closing.

The role sits in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that serves cross-border clients across Latin America. The group values professional development, client-facing experience and a practical, business-minded approach to deal work.

• 7–10 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A transactions (including asset/share deals, mergers and related corporate work)
• Proven transactional drafting and negotiation skills; experience managing deals to closing
• Strong academic record and commitment to practice
• Advanced English (minimum C1); other languages a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and with international teams
