Juris Doctor; admitted or eligible to be admitted in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Law school class years 2021–2024
Substantive experience on M&A and private equity transactions
Strong drafting skills for transaction documents and proven deal management ability
Client-facing experience, commercial judgment, and a proactive, business-development orientation
