Associate — M&A / Private Equity, New York

Top-tier New York corporate team seeks associates to join its M&A and private equity practice. The role focuses on buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, minority investments and related corporate work, with substantial responsibility on deal execution and document drafting.

Successful candidates will work closely with clients and deal teams, manage aspects of transactions with a high degree of autonomy, and have opportunities to develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

• Law school class years 2018–2021 (J.D.)
• Significant experience on M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong drafting skills for transaction documents and familiarity with market terms
• Proven deal management experience, comfort with direct client contact, and a proactive/business‑development mindset
