Join a national legal team handling a varied caseload of litigated and pre‑litigation matters in Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Motor claims. The role sits within a Major Injury & Casualty group and offers hybrid working from Glasgow (also flexible to Edinburgh).

You'll manage your own files, work alongside senior colleagues on higher‑value or complex matters, and engage with long‑standing insurer and corporate clients to deliver efficient commercial outcomes.

Qualified solicitor with proven insurance litigation experience handling Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Motor/RTA matters.
Experience managing own caseload including pre‑litigation and Sheriff Court actions; assisting on larger/complex files.
Strong technical litigation skills and working knowledge of relevant case law and procedure.
Excellent negotiation, drafting and verbal communication skills; ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Good organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
