Associate / Managing Associate — Aviation Litigation, London

Established litigation team in London is hiring an Associate or Managing Associate to work on aviation-related disputes. The role involves advising on airline, aircraft and aviation-sector contentious matters across domestic and international jurisdictions, within a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice.

The team operates with a hybrid working approach and promotes an inclusive culture with support for professional development and reasonable recruitment adjustments where required.

• Demonstrable litigation experience with aviation or transport-related disputes
• Strong drafting, advocacy and procedural skills
• Ability to manage cases and work collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions
• Eligible to practise in a relevant common law jurisdiction (e.g. England & Wales) or equivalent qualification
