Join a marine-focused PI, travel and regulatory team in central London handling defendant-side personal injury and related regulatory work across the marine and travel sectors. The role covers claims involving ship and yacht crew and passengers, port-related EL/PL matters, travel claims and industrial disease claims, plus investigations and prosecutions arising from work-related deaths.

The role offers hybrid working and a broad benefits package and will suit candidates who want regular client contact, case ownership and exposure to cross-border marine regulatory issues. You will work within a specialist group advising insurers, owners, operators and other sector participants.

  • Qualified solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE)
  • Experience in personal injury and/or industrial disease claims, preferably defendant-side
  • Ability to run your own files and work within a team
  • Strong organisation, written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
  • Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving; interest in business development
