Associate — Mass Torts & Product Liability, Los Angeles

Growing national litigation team seeks a mid- to senior-level associate to join its Mass Torts and Product Liability group in Los Angeles. The role offers regular responsibility on high‑stakes, fast‑moving product‑liability and class action matters across trial and appellate courts and before governmental agencies.

Work will include client counseling, fact development and investigation, legal research and writing, oral advocacy, and collaborative case strategy. The team handles complex, multi‑jurisdictional litigation and values careful drafting, courtroom readiness, and practical client-focused solutions.

• 3–6 years of litigation experience with a focus on product liability, mass torts, or class actions
• Active membership in the California bar
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage fast‑paced, team‑oriented matters and work independently when needed
• Commitment to pro bono representation; submission of resume, transcript, writing sample, and references typically requested
