Growing corporate team in a Palo Alto office is seeking a lateral associate with meaningful M&A experience to work on technology-focused transactions. You will join cross-functional deal teams advising U.S. and international acquirers and targets on complex M&A matters across the tech sector.

The role offers regular exposure to senior partners and global coordination on higher‑value transactions, with significant partner-led support and firm-wide resources available for deal execution.

Compensation follows a market-based associate scale tied to class year; applicants should expect partner-led, high-intensity transactional work in a large-firm environment.

Juris Doctor and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum of 2 years of law firm M&A experience; stronger candidates will have additional corporate transactional experience
Experience representing or working with technology-company clients preferred
Strong drafting, deal execution and teamwork skills on complex cross-border transactions
