Associate — Multiple Practice Areas

Seeking associates to join a national, multi-office litigation and transactional platform. Associates will work on a range of commercial matters across offices, collaborating with senior lawyers on client-facing work and courtroom or regulatory advocacy as applicable.

The role offers structured mentorship, regular client contact, and opportunities to develop substantive expertise through hands-on drafting, motion work, discovery, and deal support. Candidates should be motivated to manage files, contribute to business development, and integrate with cross-office teams.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar or eligibility to obtain admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively on multi-office teams
