Join a specialist multi‑track motor team in Manchester handling defended motor injury work for major insurer clients. You will work in a small, client‑facing team on a mix of multi‑track and complex motor claims and support high standards of service delivery.

The role combines managing your own caseload with supervising and coaching a team of case handlers, preparing pleadings and instructions to counsel/experts, attending conferences, and keeping clients informed. The team operates a hybrid pattern with regular office days.

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–5 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE) in motor personal injury litigation.
• Practical experience of multi‑track and fast‑track motor claims, including handling complex motor injury matters.
• Experience supervising or coaching case handlers / paralegals and delivering performance feedback.
• Strong drafting, case management, client‑facing and time‑management skills; attention to detail.
