Associate — No-Fault / PIP Defense Litigation — New York, NY

Established national law firm is seeking an associate to join its No-Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) defense team in New York. The role focuses on managing a diverse PIP/no-fault caseload from intake through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations and settlement negotiations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting and documenting SIU Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), preparing investigative reports, and developing defense strategies that reflect evolving New York no-fault law and regulations. The position is based in a hybrid workplace model and is supported by a full-service insurance litigation platform.

• Admission to the New York Bar required.
• 1–7 years of experience handling No-Fault / PIP defense litigation.
• Experience with EUOs/SIU investigations, arbitrations, mediations, discovery and motion practice.
• Strong drafting, analytical and litigation management skills; ability to handle a varied caseload independently.
