Associate — Non‑contentious Construction, Edinburgh

An established international law practice is seeking a non‑contentious construction associate to join its Edinburgh team. The role focuses on advising developers, investors and corporate clients on the construction aspects of major real‑estate development projects and related transactions.

You will handle your own matters, work with national and international colleagues across the firm, and contribute to growth initiatives for the construction and real estate practice. The team advises on project delivery and risk management with an emphasis on commercial, pragmatic solutions.

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 2 years’ post‑qualification experience in non‑contentious construction law.
• Strong technical experience across construction and engineering projects, including the JCT suite; NEC experience desirable.
• Proven client communication skills and a commercial, service‑focused approach.
• Organised, able to manage a busy workload and work collaboratively within a national/international team.
