Associate — Patent Litigation (Intellectual Property), Amsterdam

Join an international intellectual property team in Amsterdam focused on high-end, cross-border patent litigation. The practice litigates before national courts, the European Patent Office and the Unified Patent Court on matters across life sciences, chemistry and high-tech.

You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team on complex, technology-driven disputes. The role involves independent casework, direct client-facing responsibilities and contribution to the further development of the patent practice across jurisdictions.

• 3–8 years' post-qualification experience in patent law/patent litigation
• Strong affinity with technology and innovation (life sciences, chemistry or high-tech advantageous)
• Proven ability to analyse complex legal and technical issues and produce pragmatic solutions
• Commercial awareness, initiative and an ability to work independently and in international teams
• Excellent drafting and advocacy skills; fluent in Dutch and English
