Leading international law firm seeks an Associate to join a busy patent litigation team focused on life sciences matters. The role involves handling all phases of litigation, with emphasis on fact and expert discovery, briefing, and appellate work.

Successful candidates will join collaborative, national teams representing innovative life sciences clients and will participate in high‑stakes trials and appeals. The position offers structured mentoring and training within an established IP litigation practice.

2–7 years of litigation experience, with specific experience in life sciences patent litigation preferred
Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to a state bar in good standing
Strong legal research, drafting and oral communication skills
Experience managing fact and expert discovery and drafting briefs
Technical background in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or a related life sciences field preferred
