Leading Dutch practice is hiring an experienced pensions lawyer to join its Employment, Pensions & Incentives team in Amsterdam. The role focuses on advising and litigating on complex Dutch pension issues, including scheme changes, governance, indexation disputes and pension aspects of corporate transactions.

The team advises large employers and pension funds on both contentious and non-contentious matters and aims to further grow its pension offering. The role offers visible client work, opportunities to contribute to practice development and support for publishing and presenting on technical topics.

Approximately 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in Dutch pension law.
Strong technical knowledge of pension legislation, case law and governance; proven advisory and litigation skills.
Client-focused, proactive team player with good drafting and oral advocacy abilities.
Ambition to contribute to practice growth and to share expertise through presentations or publications.
