Associate — Private Companies / Emerging Growth — Boston

Leading national private companies team seeks a 3rd–6th year associate to join its Boston office and advise emerging-growth and venture-backed companies and their investors. The role focuses on corporate matters across the growth lifecycle, including venture financings and liquidity events.

Successful candidates will join a growing national practice, with opportunities to run aspects of a practice, participate in firm-wide programming, and contribute to a coordinated private companies platform.

• 3–6 years post-qualification experience in private companies / emerging-growth practice
• Substantial transactional experience with venture-backed companies ( financings, corporate governance, exits )
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
