Associate — Private Companies (Emerging Growth) — Brussels

International law firm seeks a 4th–6th year associate to join its private companies / emerging growth team in Brussels. The role focuses on advising venture-backed and high-growth companies and their investors across the company lifecycle.

Day-to-day work will include venture financings, corporate governance, and exit/liquidity matters, plus opportunities to develop a client-facing practice, participate in thought leadership, and contribute to the firm’s private companies platform.

• 4–6 years PQE with substantial private companies / emerging growth experience
• Proven experience advising venture-backed early- and growth-stage companies on financings, governance and exits
• Background in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic record and excellent drafting/transactional skills
