Growing private companies team in Seattle is seeking a 3rd–7th year associate to advise emerging-growth and venture-backed companies and their investors across the company lifecycle. The role focuses on venture financings, corporate governance, liquidity events and other general corporate matters for early- and growth-stage clients.

Applicants should have substantial hands-on experience counseling startups and high-growth companies at a national or international law firm and be ready to take a visible role on client matters within a national practice. 3–7 years’ PQE with significant experience representing venture-backed or emerging-growth companies
Experience with venture financings, corporate governance, and liquidity transactions
Prior experience in the corporate group of a national or international law firm
Strong academic record from an accredited law school; active bar admission in the U.S. (or ability to become admitted)
