Associate — Private Equity / Corporate (Boston)

Growing corporate team seeks a 3rd–6th year associate with private equity and M&A experience to support sponsor and portfolio company work. The role will sit on transaction teams and act as a day-to-day extension of client business teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Typical responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents, plus managing deal workflow and client communications. The team values strong commercial judgment, attention to detail and project-management skills.

Competitive compensation is offered; the listed annual pay range for this role is $260,000–$390,000 (final offer dependent on location and experience). A comprehensive benefits package and parental supports are provided.

• 3–6 years PQE with focused private equity and M&A experience
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills on purchase/merger agreements, LLC/LP agreements and related transaction documents
• Prior large-firm experience and excellent academic credentials
