Leading international law firm seeks an Associate to join its growing Private Equity practice in Frankfurt am Main. The role offers exposure to the full range of PE work, including acquisitions, fund- and sponsor-side matters, management incentive arrangements and related financings.

You will work on complex, cross-border transactions for national and international sponsors and corporates, take early responsibility on matters and benefit from structured training and mentoring within an experienced team.

Qualified lawyer in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent EU qualification
Several years' post-qualification experience in Private Equity and M&A transactions
Strong drafting and deal-execution skills; comfortable on cross-border matters
Fluent German and very good English
