Associate — Private Equity Debt Finance, San Francisco

Leading San Francisco office seeks a mid-level associate to join a Debt Finance team focused on private equity-backed financings. The role emphasizes representation of private equity sponsors and lenders (banks and private credit) on term and revolving facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth transactions.

The position involves drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents, and working closely with deal teams across practices. The group offers a collaborative, collegial environment with significant transactional exposure.

• Mid-level associate with demonstrable experience on private equity-backed financings and leveraged finance transactions
• Experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders on term and revolver facilities
• Proven drafting and negotiating experience with commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documentation
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
