Associate — Private Equity Finance (Borrower Side) — Boston

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a leading global finance team in Boston on the borrower side of private equity financings. The role focuses on private credit, acquisition finance and leveraged finance matters for sponsor-backed transactions across syndicated and private credit markets.

You'll work on complex financing structures (first/second lien, unitranche, mezzanine, ABL and related intercreditor and security issues), collaborating with deal teams across capital markets, M&A and restructuring practices. This is a hands-on role with frequent client-facing responsibility and exposure to large, market-leading transactions.

• Minimum 1 year of private credit, acquisition finance or leveraged finance experience (borrower-side experience preferred)
• Experience with sponsor-side/private equity acquisition financings preferred
• Strong drafting and document negotiation skills on loan agreements, security and intercreditor documentation
• Excellent academic record, admission to the relevant bar, and ability to work efficiently on fast-paced transactions
