Leading international law firm seeks an Associate to join its Frankfurt Private Equity team. The role offers immediate involvement in complex, high-value transactional work across the full deal lifecycle — from strategic pre-deal advice through closing and portfolio-company matters.

You will work in international deal teams advising private equity sponsors, their advisers and financing parties on buy‑outs, add‑ons, buy‑and‑build programmes and ongoing portfolio-company issues. The role offers varied workload models, including opportunities to focus on portfolio-management work with more predictable hours or to work on large transactions.

The team provides structured mentoring, international secondment opportunities and hybrid working flexibility within a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualified lawyer in Germany (or equivalent); entry-level to several years' PQE considered
Practical experience or strong interest in private equity and corporate/M&A transactions
Excellent German and very good English language skills
Commercial mindset, strong drafting and deal-execution skills, and ability to work in international teams
Team-player attitude; willing to take responsibility and engage in mentoring and cross-border work
