Seeking associates to join a Houston-based private equity team advising sponsors and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, joint ventures and other complex transactional matters. The role also covers general corporate work and requires ownership of substantial drafting and negotiation tasks.

Candidates will manage deals from inception through closing, work directly with senior lawyers, and be expected to exercise strong commercial judgment. The team values a business-oriented mindset, the ability to take on significant responsibility, and comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Juris Doctor; law school class years 2021–2023
Substantial transactional experience in private equity and M&A matters
Proven drafting and negotiation skills for purchase agreements, financing documents and ancillary transaction documents
Ability to manage deals from inception to closing, strong judgment, and client-facing readiness
