Singapore-qualified lawyer with approximately 3–5 years PQE in investment funds/fund formation
Experience at a top-tier or international firm preferred
Strong drafting, technical and commercial legal skills; comfortable working on cross-border matters
Good communication, client-facing ability and a collaborative, proactive approach
