Associate — Private Equity / M&A, Frankfurt

Leading German full‑service corporate team in Frankfurt is seeking an Associate (m/f/d) to join its Private Equity and M&A practice. The role covers national and cross‑border buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, joint ventures and complex corporate matters.

You'll work on M&A insurance matters as part of a market‑active team, collaborate with other practice groups on interdisciplinary projects, and have direct client contact on challenging deals.

• Qualified lawyer with or without prior PQE in M&A / Private Equity
• Strong academic record (above‑average exams)
• Excellent written and spoken English, particularly if acquired abroad
• Commercial mindset, good communication skills and a team‑oriented personality
