Associate, Product Liability Litigation — Atlanta

Growing litigation practice seeking a team-oriented mid-level associate to join a Product Liability & Class Action group in Atlanta. The role focuses on defending or prosecuting mass tort, class action and product liability matters across state and federal courts.

Ideal candidates will contribute on complex discovery, motion practice, witness preparation and drafting of briefs and pleadings, while working closely with partners and case teams. The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, with exposure to product liability, mass torts or class actions
• Strong legal research, analytical and writing skills
• Top academic credentials (e.g., top 20% of class at a first-tier law school) preferred
