Seeking an attorney to join a busy commercial litigation team in Atlanta handling complex commercial matters and large class actions. The role involves managing all phases of litigation on behalf of institutional clients, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice and courtroom advocacy.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience defending class actions and complex commercial disputes, strong drafting and analytical skills, and comfort working on multi-jurisdictional matters. This is a hybrid-role opportunity with competitive compensation and standard benefits.

Admission to the Georgia bar is required; admission to the Alabama bar is a plus.

2–15 years' litigation experience with significant exposure to class actions and complex commercial disputes
Proven experience handling all phases of civil litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, and oral advocacy
Superior legal writing, research and analytical skills
Admission to the Georgia Bar required; Alabama Bar admission preferred
