We're seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join the Atlanta office of a full-service AmLaw 100 firm. The role focuses on defending complex commercial matters and large class actions across all phases of litigation.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and responding to pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, discovery management, and courtroom advocacy on high-stakes matters. The team represents institutional operational and real-estate-related clients in defense litigation and regulatory investigations.

Minimum 6 years of commercial litigation and class-action experience
Demonstrated experience handling all phases of complex litigation (pleadings, discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy)
Strong legal research, analytical and superior writing skills
Admission to the Georgia bar required; admission to the Alabama bar a plus
Experience defending institutional/operational clients in areas such as fair housing, employment, and regulatory investigations preferred
