A full-service Am Law 100 firm seeks an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice in its Akron, Ohio office. The role involves all phases of litigation—drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy—with a focus on complex commercial matters and large class actions.

The ideal candidate brings experience representing institutional single-family rental and build-to-rent companies across defense litigation, including fair housing, state Attorney General criminal investigations, employment, and national operational compliance.

2–15 years of experience handling commercial litigation and large class actions
Demonstrated experience across all aspects of litigation, with a focus on complex commercial matters

Superior writing, analytical, research, and communication skills
Admission to the Ohio Bar required; Alabama Bar admission a plus
