A team-oriented associate is sought to join a well-established Transportation practice within a highly regarded national law firm. The role is open across multiple offices in the Midwest and Mountain West, offering flexibility on location.

The position involves advising clients on the full range of transportation matters, from freight loss and damage claims and equipment leasing to warehousing, undercharge claim litigation, and regulatory compliance. The associate will work closely with clients on transportation contracts, insurance questions, and employment and labor relations specific to the industry.

At least two years of experience in transportation law

Strong writing and analytical skills
Demonstrated business acumen

Familiarity with regulatory compliance, including U.S. Department of Transportation and state safety standards
