Associate Attorney - Products Liability

An Associate Attorney position is available in the Products Liability Practice Group of a leading law firm in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves assisting in all phases of products liability litigation, from case investigation and early evaluation through discovery and motion practice.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; managing written discovery, depositions, and document review; and analyzing technical materials such as product schematics, CAD drawings, engineering reports, and design specifications. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Working knowledge of CAD tools and computer-aided manufacturing, gained through experience or education
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Ability to manage complex discovery and technical materials
