A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced labor and employment attorney to join its California team as a non-partnership-track salaried attorney. This is a benefits-eligible position structured as a reduced-hours arrangement, with a billable hour expectation of 1,400 to 1,700 hours.

The attorney in this role will interact directly with clients and run their own cases, while maintaining a more flexible schedule. The position is anticipated to involve running litigation matters, taking depositions, and handling hearings.

Telecommuting arrangements may be considered from a home office in any U.S. state where the firm maintains an office, provided the attorney is licensed in that jurisdiction. Active California bar membership is required.

At least six years of law firm experience in labor and employment
