Experienced commercial litigation attorney sought for a busy complex business and commercial litigation group in Akron. The role involves managing a full litigation docket in federal and state courts, handling matters such as breach of contract, fiduciary and shareholder disputes, loan and UCC claims, construction litigation, and related commercial controversies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and arguing dispositive and other motions, taking and defending depositions, managing complex discovery, attending court appearances, mediations and arbitrations, and preparing matters for trial. Admission to the Ohio bar is required. Partnership opportunities may be considered for candidates with extensive relevant experience.

4–15 years of complex commercial litigation experience
Admission to the Ohio Bar
Proven experience with federal and state court practice, including motions practice, depositions, discovery management, and trial preparation
Experience with a range of commercial matters (e.g., breach of contract, fiduciary/shareholder disputes, UCC, construction, loan and securities-related disputes)
