Top-tier litigation team is hiring alternative-track associates for its Products Liability & Toxic Torts group in the Los Angeles or Orange County, CA offices. This is a non-partnership track role with an annual billable hour expectation of 1,850 hours.

The role involves high-volume litigation work including taking depositions, leading discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and day-to-day case management in California state courts. Candidates should have strong research, writing, communication and organizational skills and be admitted to the California Bar.

Member of the California State Bar (required)
3–5 years of litigation experience (products liability or toxic torts experience is a plus)
Demonstrated experience with depositions, discovery management, and California state court procedures
Excellent legal research, drafting, interpersonal and organizational skills
