Join a well-established Professional & Financial Risks team in Bristol focusing on professional indemnity and broker negligence work. The team acts for major insurers and large professional services firms and is expanding its insurance brokers practice.

The role offers significant junior-senior responsibility: you will manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity and broker negligence claims (pre- and post-litigation), advise on related regulatory and risk-management issues, and handle matters that range from lower-value disputes to multi‑million exposures.

There are opportunities to contribute to business development, client initiatives and internal process improvements while working in a collaborative, supportive team with flexible/hybrid working arrangements.

2–5 years PQE with litigation experience; experience defending insurance broker negligence claims highly desirable.
Strong litigation skills, commercial approach and understanding of case financials.
Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
Comfortable working autonomously on a caseload and engaging in client-facing work; committed to inclusive, team-oriented working.
