Associate — Professional Services (M&A), London

Join a market-leading Professional Services group ranked top-tier in directory guides, advising professional firms, accountancy and real‑estate practices, insurers, funds and other regulated service providers. The team handles transactional work, complex governance and regulatory matters, and high‑value strategic restructurings for UK and international clients.

This role offers immediate transactional responsibility: you will work on M&A and private‑capital mandates, partnership and LLP documentation, governance and profit‑sharing structures, and regulatory or disciplinary matters. You'll be supported by an experienced team and given scope to build client relationships and progress your career.

• Minimum c.2 years' PQE in corporate/M&A or private equity transactional work
• Strong drafting skills, including governance and partnership/LLP documentation
• Ability to advise on regulatory and governance issues affecting professional firms (or strong interest to develop this area)
• Excellent commercial judgement, attention to detail and discretion on sensitive matters
• Confident communicator with client relationship potential and appetite for varied, high‑quality work
