The role sits in a high-volume practice that handles market-leading project financings and requires an associate who can contribute to deal execution, commercial structuring and negotiation from an early stage.

Minimum of 2 years' private practice experience, preferably including project development and/or project finance.
Experience at a large national or international law firm preferred.
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation and deal-execution skills on debt financings.
Ability to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional financings and to collaborate with regulatory and industry-focused colleagues.
