Join a global energy and infrastructure practice advising on project development and finance across energy, infrastructure, natural resources and transport sectors. Work will include negotiating project and financing documentation, multi‑source financings, PPPs, risk allocation and regulatory matters for greenfield and brownfield projects, including energy‑transition transactions.

The role is collaborative and cross‑disciplinary: you will work closely with construction, environmental, tax, regulatory and disputes teams to provide integrated advice from development through financing and delivery on domestic and cross‑border matters.

Admission to the Texas bar required.
Substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documentation for energy and infrastructure projects.
Experience with US project financings, holdco financings and tax‑equity structures (or related financing structures) preferred.
Preferred class years: 2018–2022. Applications should include resume and law school transcript(s).
