Work will include negotiating project and financing documentation, multi‑source financings, PPPs, risk allocation and regulatory matters for greenfield and brownfield projects, including energy‑transition transactions.
The role is collaborative and cross‑disciplinary: you will work closely with construction, environmental, tax, regulatory and disputes teams to provide integrated advice from development through financing and delivery on domestic and cross‑border matters.
- Admission to the Texas bar required.
- Substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral documentation for energy and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with US project financings, holdco financings and tax‑equity structures (or related financing structures) preferred.
- Preferred class years: 2018–2022. Applications should include resume and law school transcript(s).
