Associate — Project Development & Finance, New York

Seeking a finance-focused associate to join a global energy and infrastructure practice in New York. The role covers project development and project financing across energy, infrastructure, natural resources and transport sectors, including greenfield and brownfield matters and work supporting the energy transition.

You will advise on project and financing documentation, multi-source financings, PPPs, risk allocation and regulatory issues, working closely with specialists in construction, environmental, tax, regulatory and disputes across multiple jurisdictions.

• Admission to the New York bar required.
• Substantial experience negotiating credit agreements and collateral/security documentation for energy and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with US project financings, holdco financings, and US tax equity structures; familiarity with construction-to-back-leverage financings a plus.
