The role supports a busy projects practice handling matters from planning and procurement through construction and operations, with a mix of domestic and offshore work.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating project and construction contracts, coordinating legal aspects of delivery, managing multiple workstreams and maintaining client communication. The team works across power (including renewables), transport and other large infrastructure sectors.
- Australian law qualification and admission
- 2–4 years’ PQE in major projects, energy or infrastructure (including power/renewables or transport)
- Experience advising on project agreements, construction contracts, financing/consortium matters or working with contractors, financiers or equity investors
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client‑facing skills; strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
