Associate — Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance (New York)

Global projects and energy finance team seeking multiple associates and counsel-level lawyers to join its New York (and Washington, D.C.) offices. Roles are available at junior through senior levels to support project finance, energy, infrastructure and related financings.

Candidates will work on cross-border and domestic transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex financings and sponsor-side matters.

• Minimum 2 years' finance experience; candidates from the class of 2023 and above encouraged to apply
• Prefer experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure or private equity
• Strong academic credentials
• Prior experience at a top-tier law firm (U.S. or overseas) preferred
