Associate — Project Finance & M&A, Atlanta (also Minneapolis/Denver/Chicago)

Seeking a team-oriented associate to join a US-based project finance and M&A group focused on energy and infrastructure transactions. The role will be based in the Atlanta office, with opportunities in Minneapolis, Denver, or Chicago.

Responsibilities include working on energy project finance deals and infrastructure-related mergers and acquisitions, taking responsibility for drafting primary transaction documents and supporting deal execution across financing and corporate aspects.

• 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in project finance, energy finance, or M&A
• Demonstrable experience drafting primary deal documents for financings and M&A transactions
• Strong transactional drafting and project-management skills; comfort with responsibility on large matters
• Active bar admission in the United States or eligibility to transfer/seek admission
• Collaborative team player with excellent written and oral communication skills
