Join a leading Projects & Construction practice in London as an Associate supporting real estate development and real estate finance work. The role offers hands‑on responsibility on large‑scale development, infrastructure and energy‑related schemes and exposure to cross‑border matters within an established team.

You will advise institutional investors, developers, funders, sponsors and public bodies on site acquisition, development structuring, construction documentation, forward funding, refinancing and joint venture arrangements. The role involves drafting and negotiating development agreements, construction contracts, funding and security packages and related project documentation.

The team emphasises technical excellence, collaborative working and clear development pathways, offering strong supervision, client contact and opportunities for long‑term progression.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–5 years' PQE in construction, projects or real estate finance.
Practical experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts, development agreements and funder/security documentation.
Commercially minded, able to manage core aspects of complex transactions and build client relationships.
Strong drafting, negotiation and teamwork skills; comfortable working across multiple UK and international stakeholders.
