Apply in confidence →Join a high-performing Projects team in Sydney advising on large-scale renewable energy and storage development projects. The role offers hands-on work on complex transactions across project development, construction and commercial arrangements.
Typical matters include negotiating offtake/power purchase agreements, connection and construction documents, operating and maintenance arrangements, development agreements, and acquisition/disposal work. You will also conduct regulatory and approvals analysis and contribute to business development initiatives.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities for international secondments through a global alliance.
- Experience advising on project development or energy and infrastructure matters, ideally gained at a well-regarded international or Australian firm
- Familiarity with PPA, connection agreements, construction and O&M documentation and asset transactions
- Ability to manage smaller matters independently and contribute to larger transactions
- Strong team orientation, willingness to mentor and to participate in business development activities
