Top-tier international firm seeks a Projects & Infrastructure associate for its New York office. The role sits in the projects/infrastructure team and focuses on public‑private partnership (PPP) and large infrastructure transactions across the project lifecycle.

Day‑to‑day work includes negotiating concession and long‑term lease agreements, project design/construction/interface agreements, and operations and maintenance documents. The role also involves advising on secured financings and bond transactions, including credit agreements, security/pledge arrangements, collateral agency documentation, indentures, bond purchase agreements and related disclosure materials.

4–6 years' relevant US law firm experience (projects, infrastructure or related transactional practice)
Practical experience with PPPs, concession/lease agreements and construction/operations documentation
Experience negotiating secured finance documentation (credit agreements, security/pledge/collateral agency arrangements)
Bond experience (indentures, bond purchase agreements, disclosure drafting) preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or pending admission
