Senior associate-level role within a national property dispute resolution team advising on complex, high-value and strategically significant property litigation. The role offers exposure to a broad range of matters including development-related risk, rights to light, title constraints and vacant possession strategies.

You will work alongside experienced dispute lawyers across multiple UK offices on cross‑sector and high‑profile matters (energy, infrastructure, planning and regulatory-related disputes). The team is collaborative and focused on technical excellence and lawyer development.

2–4 years PQE in property dispute resolution or related real estate litigation
Practical experience of commercial property asset management, development risk and rights to light/ vacant possession issues
Comfort with high-value, complex and cross-sector disputes (planning, infrastructure, regulatory overlaps)
Strong drafting, advocacy and client-facing skills; ability to manage a varied caseload
Team player with a willingness to contribute to business development and practice growth
